Answer: Our stainless steel pipe hoops are manufactured in strict accordance with the relevant industry standards and specifications, such as ASTM A182 (American Society for Testing and Materials standard), GB/T 12459 (Chinese national standard), etc.. Products are strictly controlled in all aspects of raw material procurement, production and processing, and quality inspection to ensure compliance with the requirements of the corresponding standards. 2.What is the temperature range of the pipe hoop? Will the performance be affected in high or low temperature environment?
Answer: The temperature range of common stainless steel pipe hoops is usually from - 20ºC to about 300ºC. In this temperature range, the performance of stainless steel pipe band is relatively stable. However, in extreme high or low temperature environments, its performance may be affected to some extent. For example, in high temperature environments close to or over 300ºC, the strength of stainless steel may be slightly reduced, and the sealing performance of the hoop may also be affected; while in low temperature environments below - 20ºC, stainless steel may become brittle and the toughness may be reduced, thus affecting the impact resistance of the hoop.
