WHAT IS CUPRO NICKEL FITTINGS?
The Tensile Strength of Cupro Nickel Fittings (rolled-H04 for flat products/ hard drawn-H80 for tubing) is 78000 psi (538 MPa). These Cuni Fittings has a Tensile Strength (annealed) of 52000 psi (359 MPa). Copper-Nickel Pipe Fittings are used in various application areas such as pipelines in shipbuilding, oil coolers, electrical resistors, steam turbine condensers, sprung contacts in relays, plug connectors and switches, auxiliary cooling systems and in a large number of cryogenic applications. The Chemical Composition of Copper Nickel Pipe Bend is Cu 71.25-76.5, Fe ≤ 0.20, Pb ≤0.050, Mn ≤ 1.0, Ni 23.5-26.5 and Zn ≤ 1.0. The Molecular Formula of Copper nickel is CuNi.
