Audited Supplier Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings are made out of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum which obtains stability due to the addition of tungsten. Hastelloy Pipe Fittings are re-annealed after cold work for optimum performance. Hastelloy Fittings harden rapidly during machining. For scrubber, dampers, and ducts Alloy C276 Reducer is used. Prior to installation and final use, the hot-formed C276 Hastelloy End Cap needs to be solution heat treated.

Astm B366 Uns N10276 Buttweld Elbow is also resistant to wet chlorine gas, along with strong oxidative salts like cupric and ferric chlorides.
